This is what it says on Battlelog

On March 25, Battlefield 4 Premium members on consoles will be able to experience the ultimate sea-to-sea warfare in the third expansion pack for Battlefield 4. Battlefield 4 Naval Strike takes the intense and dramatic water-based combat introduced in Battlefield 4 to four all-new maps set in the South China Sea while introducing a new game mode and vehicle.

However, we are delaying the launch of Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC. We’ve detected an issue and it needs to be solved. Quality is our number one priority and we will not release Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC until we feel it meets the highest quality level possible. Once we have a confirmed date for PC, we’ll be sure to update those players on our official channels. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing everyone on the Battlefield.

That issue they found must be a massive show stopper considering what they've released thus far.

Probably not displaying the ribbons at the end of the each game correctly...that to DICE would be number one on their list of priorities

The issue we have detected has to do with something called netcode, thats n-e-t-c-o-d-e.........anyway we are looking it up on wikipedia and should have a solution very soon. Thank you for your money. Oh, and your patience as well. But most importantly, your money. Thanks.

On a more positive not I have bought the new Wargame.......Red Dragon - featuring Naval Vessels , new maps and new kit and new... :D
The way a game should be made - very stable, very enjoyable and we can host our own multiplayer battles - nice!!

and they think what has already been put out in the main game is of the highest quality. think they need to sack there quality checkers and hire some of us in the gaming community that way they might actually learn what is wrong with a game before launch

edit just to add: thank pc users we are glad you started making the bf series as big as what it is today but we are only interested in the console generation now

Oh look another whole section taken up on the forum complaining how bad the game is.

If you don't like it don't play it simple.
I for one will just peacefully wait until it all gets better.

Remember guys patience is a virtue.
